Pelvic Floor & Pelvic Awareness
The purpose of this class is to create a space for understanding of the pelvic region and health, in relationship to the person’s whole body, not just a segregated part or muscle group.
Each class will work with the following principles:
Alignment. Creating an evolving understanding of each participant’s body alignment, including the organic body.
Breath. Creating a deeper understanding on how breathing practices are key to our process of embodiment and integration.
Asana. Certain asana practices and review them with the lens of pelvic alignment and health.
Experiential Anatomy. Create an understanding on how a minimum of structural and organic insight can make a major difference when we practice.
